Eccles Hotel & Spa ran an exclusive room offer to more than 9,000 of their past guests for 20% off a future midweek stay. The offer was well received and, within days, resulted in 56 room nights books. Guests responded well to the email as they ran a limited time offer and had a compelling subject line (with emoji’s). Their open rate for this one-time campaign was around 30% with a 6.6% click rate.
