Caesars Las Vegas implements Ivy, and AI powered text-messaging solution

Revinate Ivy isn’t an offering exclusive to hoteliers. In fact, Caesars Entertainment was one of the first casinos to start using Ivy in 2018.

Ivy helped improve the casino’s operational efficiency and the guest experience with highly personalized responses, akin to human conversation.

Now part of Revinate’s solution set, Ivy delights guests at every stage of their journey.

Here’s an excerpt from the Go Moment feature in Hotel Management:

“Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas are using technology to enhance the guest experience with Ivy, a 24-hour virtual concierge service. With additional rollouts to Caesars Palace and The LINQ Hotel & Casino over the summer, Ivy is now live in more than 6,000 rooms within Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts, making Caesars Entertainment the first major gaming company in Las Vegas to offer a widespread guest text messaging program with built-in artificial intelligence.”
