NAVIS expands its RezForce call center; 50% lead conversion rate drives success

Before Revinate acquired NAVIS, RezForce was already taking direct bookings to the max. It made a huge impact on direct bookings throughout the industry, increasing occupancy, and ADR.

In 2013, RezForce achieved universal success with Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG), increasing their conversions by as much as 70%.
